Welcome to your comprehensive resource center for our Mexico City mission trip! From October 24th to November 3rd, our team of 15 will have the incredible privilege of serving alongside our partners at Pan De Vida (PDV) and reaching communities throughout the Mexico City region. This page contains everything you need to prepare spiritually, practically, and logistically for this transformative journey.
God has great things in store for us as we minister in satellite churches, home groups, orphanages, indigenous communities, and through special outreach events. Remember our team motto: “Those who remain flexible will not be broken.” Stay prepared, stay prayerful, and trust that God’s got this!
Friday, 10/24

| 11:30 AM | Team Arrives at Denver Airport (We prefer to check-in together) |
| 2:00 PM | Depart for Mexico on AM 0659 (Denver to Mexico City) |
| 6:00 PM | Arrive in Mexico City: AM 659 – Terminal 2 |
| 8:30 PM | Airport to Pan de Vida (Base): Van will take the team from the airport to Pan de Vida. |
| 9:00 PM | Dinner at church, and the team will leave for their assigned host homes. The hosts will pick up from the church. |
Saturday, 10/25
| 7:00 AM | Breakfast at the Host homes. |
| 8:00 AM | Breakfast and Team Meeting at the Base. |
| 9:00 AM | Leaving to go to the ministry at the indigenous community. |
| 12:00 PM | Packed Lunch from Base |
| 5:00 PM | Back to Base from the Indigenous community |
| 5:30 PM | Youth Meeting – Cass & Kellie |
| 6:00 PM | Back to Host Homes early night out to get ready for Sunday. |
Sunday, 10/26
| 7:00 AM | Breakfast at the Host homes. |
| 8:00 AM | Breakfast and Team Meeting at the Base. Be ready to travel to the churches where you will be ministering. |
| 9 AM – 12 PM | Ministry in various Churches |
| 1 – 2 PM | Lunch at the church you are at. |
| 4 – 5 PM | Team debrief, testimonies, and connection. |
| 5 – 7 PM | Local outing (Tepotzotlán), If time permits. |
| 8:00 PM | Dinner at the base and return to your host homes (Host will pick up). |
